Edenred Capital Partners (ECP) is the venture capital investment arm of Edenred (EPA: EDEN), global leader in corporate transactional solutions. We invest in ambitious teams of entrepreneurs reshaping interactions between companies, workers and merchants. Our areas of investment include Payment, Human Capital Management, Mobility and Retail. We invest up to €10m per company from Series A to C rounds, usually alongside other VCs. We have a traditional and independent VC governance, but we aim at supporting companies we invest in with more than capital, bringing them access to Edenred sector expertise and commercial reach to accelerate their growth.

Exciting and varied position where you will become a key member of a team with strong entrepreneurial and investment background, based out of London. Motivated and enthusiastic self-starter, you also must be able of easily interacting with senior management as you will be in regular contact with founders, management and board members of start-ups, and senior executives of Edenred Group. The investment team being small, you must be flexible and willing to get involved in the many aspects of the business.

Perform market research to identify new investment trends and opportunities

  • Qualify and document market dynamics, growth drivers and players distribution
  • Source opportunities and monitor deal flow, identify potential targets and engage with founders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs and tech ecosystem (VC peers, advisors)

Lead Due Diligence and investment process on qualified opportunities

  • Define and articulate the investment thesis
  • Assess product and value proposition meeting with the company, clients and industry experts
  • Perform financial/business analysis and prepare materials with the support of Analysts
  • Model valuation and terms impacts and draft term sheets
  • Work with Edenred operations to evaluate operational leverage and areas of collaboration

Manage portfolio companies

  • Monitor companies’ performance and attend some board meetings
  • Work closely with management on strategic and financial planning
  • Provide ad hoc operational support to the companies


  • Bachelor or Master-degree from top business or engineering school
  • 2/3-years investment experience in VC/PE, investment banking, or corporate M&A/Strategy
  • Experience and network in the UK market is required
  • Previous experience working in Fintech, SaaS, or B2B software spaces is a plus
  • Outstanding financial analysis and modelling skills
  • Highly numerate and detail-oriented
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in both English and another language (French is a plus)
