Edenred Capital Partners is the Venture Capital investment arm of Edenred group. We are looking for ambitious teams of entrepreneurs reshaping interactions between companies, workers and merchants. Edenred Capital Partners has a traditional Venture Capital governance.

Edenred Capital provides financial and operational support to entrepreneurs. We invest up to €10m, from Series A to Series C, usually alongside other investment funds. The structure of our organisation facilitates relationships within Edenred's ecosystem to generate operational synergies.

Philippe Dufour
Managing Partner

Philippe Dufour is Managing Partner at Edenred Capital Partners and a member of Edenred Executive Committee.

Philippe combines entrepreneurial flair with financial expertise. He is the founder of Prepay Technologies, a company he sold in 2007 to Edenred. Philippe then continued to serve as CEO to successfully transform Prepay Technologies into a joint-venture between Edenred and MasterCard International.

In 2010, Philippe joined Edenred group as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Development, before taking charge of Alternative Investments in 2012.

Norbert Furnion
Managing Partner

Norbert began his career in the audit department of PWC in Paris before moving into investment banking in London, with UBS, DLJ, and Wasserstein Perella. He then joined financial institutions specialist Keefe, Bruyette & Woods to launch its investment banking operations in Continental Europe.​

Marie Geneste
Principal

Marie started her career in 2009 in the corporate audit department of Lagardère group, leading due diligence, post-merger integration and internal review, across all businesses and geographies of the media conglomerate. Later, she was appointed Group Head of Innovation, in charge of corporate venture capital and open innovation.

In 2016, she joined IROKO Partners, to help support the growth strategy of the London-based technology company after its Series C. She was responsible for annual and long term strategic planning, board reporting, fundraising, corporate development, and she also participated in the design and implementation of various commercial and operational projects.
